All Lesada Cues will be available through Lesada Arts on Etsy.com (https://lesadaarts.etsy.com) as soon as they are featured on this website - please check back soon!   Once available, they will be featured on our 'CUES' page.  

WHO IS LESADA ARTS?

Lesada Arts is the sister company of Lesada Cues.  Founded in 2016, it features original t-shirts (no AI), pool and billiards-themed gifts, mugs, and eclectic finds, on Etsy.com (https://lesadaarts.etsy.com).  

WHAT DO I GET WITH MY CUE?

Each Lesada Cue comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (please see the 'CUES' page for an example), a padded black vinyl carrying sleeve, and FREE SHIPPING to any continental US location.  (If you live in Hawaii or Alaska please contact us about distance shipping).

WHAT PAYMENTS DOES ETSY ACCEPT:

• Credit cards: Buyers can use credit cards to pay for items on Etsy 

• Debit cards: Buyers can use debit cards to pay for items on Etsy 

• Etsy gift cards and credits: Buyers can use Etsy gift cards and credits to pay for items on Etsy 

• PayPal: Buyers can use PayPal to pay for items on Etsy, where available 

• Apple Pay: Buyers can use Apple Pay to pay for items on Etsy

• Google Pay: Buyers can use Google Pay to pay for items on Etsy 

• Bank transfer services: Buyers can use some bank transfer services to pay for items on Etsy 

SHIPPING:  

Shipping is always FREE in the continental US with Lesada Cues!   (If you live in Hawaii or Alaska please contact us about distance shipping).   We regret that we can't ship overseas at this time, but we hope to in the future.   Please allow us 2 days to pack your cue with love, give it a tracking number, and allow at least two weeks for UPS ground to deliver, in case there are any weather delays.  (Most orders arrive in 7 days or less.)

RETURNS:

As much as we would like to be able to make exchanges and returns, because so many of our items are custom designed, they cannot be returned.  That said, if there is a  flaw, or any concern with your item, PLEASE CONTACT US!  We want you to love your Lesada Cues purchase, and we certainly want to know if you are not receiving the quality you deserve!

DOES JAKE MAKE CUSTOM CUES?

At this time, every cue Jake makes will appear on Etsy.  If you have a special request, you can send it to  info@lesadacues.com and Jake may take it into consideration, but he's a very busy guy, so no promises.

DOES JAKE ANSWER EMAILS?
